Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment by greeting clients and guiding them through the lobby flow.
• Provide account servicing, open new accounts, and ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
• Assist clients with day-to-day transactions and use digital channels like mobile app and online banking.
• Build relationships by listening, asking questions, and collaborating with team members.
• Support branch operations, including cash handling and teller-related activities in line with policies.
