Chase is seeking an Associate Banker to welcome clients, handle account servicing, and promote banking solutions with a focus on exceptional service. You’ll help clients use Chase Mobile, Chase.com and ATMs while building trusted relationships across the branch team.

The role emphasizes hospitality, teamwork, and adherence to regulatory requirements as you support daily branch operations and client needs.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment by greeting clients and managing lobby flow.

• Build relationships by listening, asking questions, and sharing product knowledge.
• Support branch operations and cash handling in line with bank policies.
