Responsibilities

• Educate clients on day-to-day transactions and use of digital tools like Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs.
• Build trusted relationships by listening, asking questions, and sharing product knowledge with clients.
• Perform branch operations that may include handling cash devices while adhering to bank policies.
