Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment by delivering attentive and friendly service to clients entering the branch.
• Exceed client expectations by servicing accounts, opening new accounts, and complying with policies and regulations.
• Educate clients on day-to-day banking and self-service options like mobile app, website and ATMs.
• Build relationships by listening, asking questions, and sharing product knowledge to help clients reach goals.
• Perform branch operations including cash handling and vault/ATM activities in line with policies.
