Job summary

Chase is seeking an Associate Banker to represent our brand in the branch, delivering hospitality and using the latest banking solutions to help clients reach their financial goals. You will greet clients, open and service accounts, and guide them in using Chase Mobile App and digital channels.

You will build trusted relationships with clients, collaborate with the team, and ensure compliant handling of branch operations to support ongoing branch success.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Client service experience or comparable experience.
• Ability to build trusted relationships with clients.
• Ability to communicate clearly and politely to understand and help clients.
• Ability to learn products, services, and procedures quickly.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment by greeting clients and managing lobby flow.
• Open new accounts and provide account servicing while following policies and regulatory requirements.
• Educate clients on everyday banking and digital self‑service options (Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, ATMs).
• Build meaningful relationships with clients and collaborate with branch team to meet financial goals.
• Perform branch operations, including cash handling devices, while following bank policies.
