Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment by greeting clients and guiding them through lobby processes.
• Provide account servicing, maintenance, and new account openings while following policies and regulatory requirements.
• Educate clients on day-to-day banking using Chase Mobile App, Chase.com and ATMs.
• Build relationships by listening, asking questions, and sharing product knowledge.
• Handle branch operations tasks such as cash handling in line with bank procedures.
