Job summary

Chase is seeking an Associate Banker to deliver welcoming, attentive service and build trusted client relationships in our branch. You will greet clients, assist with daily banking needs, and promote digital tools like Chase Mobile App and Chase.com to enhance experiences.

You will open new accounts, handle routine servicing, and collaborate with branch teammates to achieve financial goals while adhering to policies and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Client service experience or comparable experience.
• Ability to learn products, services, and procedures quickly.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients, deliver attentive service, and manage lobby flow using a tablet.
• Open new accounts and service existing ones in compliance with policy.
• Assist clients with day-to-day banking and self-service tools (Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, ATMs).
• Build relationships by listening, asking questions, and offering solutions.
• Handle branch operations including cash devices per bank procedures.
