Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment by greeting clients and directing them through the lobby using a tablet and queue system.
• Provide account servicing and maintenance and assist with opening new accounts while following policies and regulations.
• Educate clients on day-to-day banking and self-service options like Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs.
• Build relationships by listening, asking questions, and offering product knowledge to meet financial goals.
• Assist with branch operations and cash handling in accordance with bank policies.
