Chase is seeking an Associate Banker to deliver courteous, knowledgeable service and build trusted relationships with clients. You will use digital tools like the Chase Mobile App and Chase.com to educate clients and enable convenient banking solutions.

You will support opening and servicing accounts, while adhering to policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements, contributing to a welcoming branch environment and team success.

Qualifications

• Client service experience or comparable experience.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Ability to quickly and accurately learn products, services, and procedures.
• Ability to build trusted relationships and deliver attentive, friendly service.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment by greeting clients and managing lobby flow with a tablet.
• Open new accounts and perform servicing while following policies and regulatory requirements.
• Educate clients on day-to-day banking using technology like Chase Mobile App and Chase.com.
• Listen actively, ask questions, and partner with the team to meet clients' financial goals.
• Handle branch operations and cash devices in accordance with bank procedures.
