Chase is seeking an Associate Banker to deliver exceptional client experiences and represent our brand with hospitality. You will build trusted relationships, educate clients on banking solutions, and support daily branch operations with a focus on service excellence.

You will leverage Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs to assist clients, while collaborating with the team to help clients reach their financial goals in a dynamic banking environment.

Qualifications

• Client service experience or comparable experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build trusted relationships with clients.
• Capable of learning products, services, and procedures quickly.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment by greeting clients and managing lobby flow using a tablet and queue system.
• Open new accounts and service existing ones while complying with policies and regulations.
• Educate clients on day-to-day banking and digital tools (Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, ATMs).
• Build relationships by listening, asking questions, and collaborating with branch team to meet financial goals.
• Assist with branch operations and cash handling while adhering to bank policies.
