• 3+ years in technology sales or technology implementation.
• Proven quota attainment with multi-week to multi-month sales cycles.
• Experience navigating complex enterprise customer organizations and securing executive buy-in.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience presenting to executive-level audiences in a concise, persuasive manner.

Responsibilities

• Identify and create new qualified opportunities within the current customer base, driving deals through a full sales cycle to closed won.
• Collaborate with license sales and customers, using a consultative selling approach that positions Salesforce Services as a long-term trusted advisor.
• Craft compelling POVs and clearly pitch entry-point service engagements and expansions that generate real business value from a customer's Salesforce investment.
• Partner cross-functionally on account strategy alongside our Account Partners, working with the Customer Success ecosystem to maximize ROI.
• Build industry expertise and business acumen fast and align to customers' strategic goals.
