Job summary

Lockton is launching an Associate Account Manager training program for recent college graduates. The two‑year program blends formal training with hands‑on client experience, covering marketing, servicing, and renewal of Commercial Insurance accounts.

Participants will gain leadership exposure and, upon successful completion, may advance to Account Manager roles. The program starts in January and June 2026 and includes competitive starting salary, classroom learning, and activity requirements to

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with GPA ≥3.3.
• Strong knowledge of MS Office (Outlook & Excel).
• Strong verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
• Legal to work in the United States.
• Willingness to attend industry trainings.

Responsibilities

• Participates in negotiations with carriers for new and renewal quotes with oversight.
• Collaborates with senior staff in selecting new markets for submission and requesting quotes.
• Assists review of new business information and provides recommendations to Unit Manager/Account Executive/Producer.
• Establishes and maintains relationships with clients, carriers, and vendors.
• Reviews quotes, binders, and endorsements and requests changes as needed.
• Inputs client information into data management system accurately.
