Lockton Midwest is looking for Associate Account Managers to join our Risk Solutions Practice. This accelerated training program is designed for self-motivated individuals who are excited by a challenge and looking for consistent personal and professional growth in the insurance industry.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with a minimum GPA of 3.3 or higher.
• Proven customer service, communication, and project management skills.
• Ability to self-motivate and work with varying degrees of autonomy.
• Proficiency in Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, etc.).
• Legal right to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Completes Lockton Coverage Training Program.
• Delivers transactional excellence and provides outstanding customer service for the account team.
• Assists with daily client servicing and communicates with clients and carriers.
• Partners with account teams during client service cycles and completes designated tasks to deadlines.
• Collaborates with Lockton teams to achieve well-executed results.
• Upholds excellence by following policies, processes, and systems.
• Demonstrates organizational and time management to meet deadlines.
• Communicates professionally to support a cohesive work environment.
• Protects confidentiality of information learned on the job.
• Pursues professional growth through insurance education and workshops.
• Handles special projects as assigned.
