Job summary

McKinstry Essention, LLC is hiring an Associate Account Executive to join our Technical Services team in Dallas, TX. You will support business development, strengthen client partnerships, and connect customers with solutions to improve building performance and operational outcomes.

You will drive growth by coordinating proposals, client engagements, and opportunities, while collaborating with teams to deliver measurable value for our customers and communities.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, construction management, sales or equivalent experience required.
Knowledge of building infrastructure systems, facility management, and/or data centers.
Five (5) years’ experience or education in a marketing, communications, project management, engineering or related role required.

Responsibilities

Support sales initiatives and developing strategic relationships.
Coordinate proposals and client engagement efforts.
Assist in contract development and project start-up.
Coordinate events and trade shows with vendors.
