McKinstry Essention, LLC is seeking an Associate Account Executive to advance business development within our Technical Services team. You will help grow client partnerships, coordinate proposals, and connect customers with solutions that improve building performance and operations.

Ideal candidates bring five years of related experience or education in marketing, project management, or engineering, plus strong writing and editing skills for proposals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, construction management, sales or equivalent experience required.
• Five years' experience or education in a marketing, communications, project management, engineering or related role required.
• Knowledge of building infrastructure systems, facility management, and/or data centers preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supports business development and client engagement efforts.
• Develops strategic partnerships with influential customer accounts.
• Coordinates proposals and customer acquisition strategies.
• Manages projects and events logistics including trade shows and conferences.
