Responsibilities

• Assist the Chief Workshop Manager with daily assignments and directing work
• Participate in hiring decisions and staff advancement
• Lead shifts, enforce policies, and manage store safety and cash handling
• Drive sales as Floor Leader, coach Bear Builders, and enhance guest experience
• Maintain brand standards in merchandising and store layout
• Oversee inventory receiving, stocking and counts
• Develop a high‑performing team delivering exceptional guest service
