You will collaborate on hiring decisions, train associates, and ensure displays and inventory are prepared to meet business targets. This role emphasizes leadership, safety, and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 2 years store management experience in a customer-centric retail environment.
• High school diploma required.
• Basic understanding of POS, scheduling, HRIS and time/attendance systems.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Chief Workshop Manager with daily assignments and task priorities.
• Participate in hiring decisions and staff advancement discussions.
• Lead and inspire the team during shifts, upholding policies and standards.
• Drive sales as Floor Leader, coaching staff to meet or exceed targets and create guest experiences.
• Ensure merchandising displays align with brand standards and maintain inventory accuracy.
