Qualifications

• 2 years of store management experience in a customer-centric retail environment.
• High school diploma.
• Basic understanding of POS, scheduling, HRIS, and time & attendance technology.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Chief Workshop Manager in scheduling, directing daily tasks, and leading the team.
• Assist in hiring and promotion decisions, providing feedback on applicants and staff advancement.
• Lead and motivate the team during shifts, enforce policies, manage store security and cash handling.
• Drive sales as Floor Leader, create a Guest experience aligned with the Experience First culture, and forecast sales based on trends.
• Ensure merchandising displays meet brand standards and maintain a safe, inviting store environment.
• Oversee inventory processes including receiving, stocking, and counts.
• Develop a high-performing team delivering an exceptional guest experience.
