SitusAMC Holdings Corporation in Overland Park, Kansas is seeking a Senior Loan Management professional to lead the end-to-end servicing of commercial real estate portfolios. You will oversee daily operations, ensure compliance with servicing agreements, and coordinate with clients, VPs, and staff to deliver accurate, timely loan information.

The role emphasizes collaboration, strong analytical thinking, and proficiency with loan software and MS Office as you guide junior staff and maintain risk

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in real estate, finance/accounting, business or equivalent.
• 6+ years of industry experience; 1+ year in Senior Associate or external equivalent.
• Experience in commercial real estate, cash management, loan servicing, escrow management.
• Collaborate with Vice President to ensure client activities meet SLAs.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; team-oriented.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking; detail-oriented.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office; navigate new software platforms.
• Knowledge of Enterprise!, McCracken Strategy, LSTA, Misys, Backshop preferred.

Responsabilités

• Satisfy client expectations by ensuring servicing agreements and loan documents are executed timely.
• Manage loan functions including payments, payoff requests, line advances, disbursements, collateral admin.
• Verify end-of-day work accuracy to prevent funding delays.
• Interpret complex loan documents and liaise with VP for guidance.
• Ensure tasks comply with procedures, SLAs, and regulatory requirements.
• Support risk management and audit remediation efforts.
• Foster cross-functional collaboration across departments.
• Serve as initial contact for Borrower items.
