Job summary

SitusAMC is seeking a detail-oriented Senior Analyst to support the servicing of commercial real estate loan portfolios. You will produce complex reports, build financial models, and ensure accuracy and timely delivery for clients and stakeholders.

The role emphasizes adherence to servicing standards, accuracy in cash remittance, and collaboration with internal teams to meet deadlines. A finance/accounting background with Excel expertise is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance/accounting or equivalent.
• 5+ years of industry experience, typically at a Senior Analyst or Analyst level.
• 0–2 years of reconciliations or financial reporting experience preferred.
• Experience with Excel, able to utilize multiple formulas and macros.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Approve system generated reporting, queries and client deliverables for compliance and accuracy.
• Manage written and oral communications with internal and external clients regarding CRE loan servicing.
• Ensure adherence to policies, quality standards, and contractual deliverables.
• Summarize research to respond to inquiries from lenders, auditors and ratings agencies.
• Design and build financial models and templates to analyze loan metrics and cash flows.
• Ensure compliance with servicing standards and key loan provisions.
• Prepare and deliver cash remittance reports for portfolios timely and accurately.
• Oversee all reporting requirements for assigned portfolios.
• Ensure collection of servicing fees through remittance processes.
• Demonstrate teamwork and assist colleagues; work overtime when needed to meet deadlines.
• Recommend process improvements and efficiency initiatives.
• Perform QC on completed products and report results to the team.
