Job summary

SitusAMC is seeking an experienced loan management specialist to oversee daily operations and reporting for clients' CRE portfolios. You will collaborate with management, SAM staff, and clients to ensure timely service delivery and compliance with servicing agreements.

The role emphasizes accurate end-of-day processing, handling complex documents, and coordinating with VP for issue resolution. Remote-friendly with strong cross-functional collaboration opportunities.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in real estate, finance, business or equivalent.
6+ years in industry with Senior Associate level or external equivalent.
Experience in commercial real estate, cash management, loan servicing, escrow management.

Responsibilities

Manage loan servicing activities to meet client requirements and timelines.
Advance and disburse loan-related tasks, including payments, payoff requests and modifications.
Verify accuracy of end-of-day work to prevent funding delays and ensure compliance.
Interpret complex loan documents and coordinate with VP for guidance on issues.
Maintain proficiency with core loan servicing applications and processes.
Escalate non-compliant issues and support root-cause analysis with leadership.
