Job summary

SitusAMC is seeking a Senior Analyst for the Loan Operations team in the United States to help ensure accurate, timely servicing of CRE loans. You will review loan documentation, perform QC of onboarding, and support servicing transfers and related projects while coordinating with the servicing group.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and 5+ years in real estate, auditing, or data analytics, with advanced MS Office skills and strong business writing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; real estate, finance/accounting, business preferred.
• 5+ years in industry or senior analyst level role or equivalent.
• 1-3 years in commercial real estate, auditing, or data analytics preferred.
• Experience in CRE asset management is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Review loan documentation and QC loan boarding in servicing system per policies.
• Complete assignments for complex and priority clients.
• Manage communications with internal departments regarding servicing of CRE loans.
• Assist with training and cross-training of team members.
• Assist in preparing ad-hoc reports and process improvements.
