Position Overview: We seek an AVP candidate to support Senior Loan Administrators in managing a diverse portfolio of CRE loans, including construction, syndications, CMBS, and other debt financings. You will collaborate with Asset Management, Portfolio Management, and Servicing teams to oversee complex real estate loan portfolios.

Responsibilities include:

1. Supporting loan administration activities, including communication with Borrowers and Lenders/Investors.
2. Analyzing loan documents and advising relevant teams.
3. Monitoring reserve and escrow accounts for compliance.
4. Reviewing disbursement requests and managing flow of funds.
5. Overseeing construction loans, including site inspections.
6. Performing waterfall calculations and monitoring budgets.
7. Coordinating new loan servicing and ensuring accurate system onboarding.
8. Reconciliation and review of reports for quality and accuracy.
9. Updating loan information in the servicing system.
10. Meeting client needs with flexibility and independence.
11. Handling payments, taxes, and insurance verification.
12. Calculating property release prices and monitoring releases.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 6+ years of industry experience, with at least 1+ years at a senior associate level.
• 2+ years in CRE, Loan Servicing, or related fields.
• Construction loan experience required.
• Knowledge of cash management and waterfalls preferred.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Understanding of real estate finance structures.

The salary range is $115,000 - $140,000 annually, with potential bonuses and benefits including PTO, health insurance, and 401K.
