Job summary

SitusAMC is seeking a Senior Analyst to join the Loan Operations team in Overland Park, KS. You will review loan documentation, QC boarding, and coordinate with Servicing teams to deliver high-quality loan servicing. The role emphasizes accuracy, timely delivery, and collaboration across departments.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in CRE, auditing, or data analytics, with strong MS Office skills and leadership potential. A base salary ranges with bonuses and comprehensive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher; preferred in real estate, finance/accounting, or business
• 5+ years of industry experience at Senior Analyst or Analyst level or equivalent
• 1–3 years in commercial real estate, auditing, or data analytics preferred
• Experience in CRE asset management is a plus

Responsibilities

• Review loan documentation and QC loan boarding in serving system per policies with minimal direction
• Handle complex or priority client assignments and ensure timely delivery
• Communicate with internal departments regarding questions on servicing CRE loans
• Assist training and cross-training of team members and mentor peers
• Prepare ad-hoc reports and support process improvements and efficiency initiatives
