Job summary

SitusAMC Holdings Corporation seeks a senior analyst to support the servicing of commercial real estate loans and deliver high-quality client reporting. You will build financial models in Excel, analyze loan metrics, and ensure accuracy and timely delivery, collaborating across teams.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in finance/reporting, reconciliations or CREFC exposure, and strong communication skills. This role offers remote work from the Houston area, with standard full-time benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; finance/accounting/business preferred.
• 5+ years in industry or senior analyst level role.
• 0–2 years in reconciliations or financial/investor reporting preferred.
• 0–2 years of CREFC reporting experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Professional demeanor.
• Experience with Excel including formulas and macros.
• Excellent written, verbal and electronic communication skills.
• Ability to work in a team environment and manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Approve system generated reporting, queries and client deliverables for compliance and accuracy.
• Communicate with internal and external clients regarding servicing of CRE loans.
• Ensure adherence to policies and contractual deliverables.
• Summarize research to respond to lenders, auditors and rating agencies.
• Build Excel financial models and data analyses of loan metrics and cash flows.
• Ensure compliance with servicing standards and loan documents.
