Job summary

SitusAMC Holdings Corporation is seeking an experienced analyst to support complex servicing of commercial real estate loans. You will produce timely, accurate client deliverables, develop financial models in Excel, and ensure compliance with servicing standards.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in finance/accounting with strong Excel skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a collaborative team environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree; Preferred Field of Study: finance/accounting, business or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Experienced professional with 5+ years of industry and/or relevant experience, typically at a Senior Analyst or Analyst level role or external equivalent.
• 0 – 2 years of experience in reconciliations, financial/investor reporting preferred
• 0 – 2 years of CREFC Reporting experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• High degree of professionalism
• Experience with Excel, able to utilize multiple formulas and macros
• Excellent written, verbal and electronic communication skills
• Ability to work in a team environment, yet, express independent thought, with a consistent quality work product being produced
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet multiple deadlines with minimum supervision
• Pro-active approach to problem recognition and resolution

Responsibilities

• Approve system generated reporting, queries and related client deliverables for compliance, adherence, accuracy as determined by supporting information
• Manage communication with various internal and external clients regarding questions related to proper servicing of CRE loans
• Ensure adherence to internal policies, quality standards, and management direction while meeting contractual deliverables
• Summarize research to respond to inquiries from Lenders, Audit, Rating Agency and other stakeholders
• Design and build spreadsheet templates and financial models, including coding of interrelated Excel formulas, data tables and macros
• Ensure compliance against Servicing Standards and loan documents while identifying provisions for exception processing
• Prepare and deliver cash remittance reports for assigned portfolios timely and accurately
• Prepare and deliver all reporting requirements for assigned portfolios
• Ensure collection of servicing fees through remittance process per agreements
• Demonstrate teamwork and assist colleagues on special projects and meet deadlines
• Recommend process rationalization and efficiency initiatives
• Perform QC on completed product and communicate results
• Stay abreast of changes in industry standards
• Other activities as assigned by manager
