Job summary

SitusAMC is seeking a Senior Analyst to support the servicing of commercial real estate loans, producing client-ready reports and financial deliverables with accuracy and timeliness. You will build and maintain Excel templates and models, summarize research for lenders and auditors, and collaborate with internal teams to meet contractual requirements.

A Bachelor's in finance/accounting and 5+ years of related experience are preferred, with a base salary range of $59,000 to $85,000.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance/accounting or related field.
• 5+ years of industry experience at Senior Analyst level or external equivalent.
• 0-2 years in reconciliations or financial/investor reporting preferred.
• Excel proficiency with formulas and macros; strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Approve system reports, queries and related client deliverables for compliance and accuracy.
• Communicate with internal and external clients regarding questions on CRE loan servicing.
• Ensure adherence to policies and contractual deliverables with clients and external parties.
• Design and build Excel templates and financial models to analyze loan metrics and cash flows.
• Prepare and deliver cash remittance reports for portfolios in a timely, accurate manner.
• Stay updated with industry standards and participate in process improvements.
