Job summary

SitusAMC is seeking a Senior Analyst to manage complex servicing of commercial real estate loan portfolios. You will design financial models, build Excel templates, and deliver accurate client reports with limited supervision.

Responsibilities include ensuring compliance with Servicing Standards, analyzing loan metrics, and communicating with lenders and other stakeholders while meeting deadlines. A finance or accounting background and 5+ years of experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance/accounting, business or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 5+ years of industry experience at a Senior Analyst or Analyst level.
• Experience with Excel, able to utilize multiple formulas and macros.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent written, verbal and electronic communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Approve system generated reporting, queries and related client deliverables for compliance and accuracy.
• Manage communication with internal and external clients regarding servicing of CRE loans.
• Design and build spreadsheet templates and financial models to analyze loan metrics, cash flows and amortization tables.
• Prepare and deliver cash remittance reports for assigned portfolios.
• Ensure collection of servicing fees through remittance process and compliance with contractual requirements.
