Job summary

Orangetheory Fitness is seeking an Assistant Studio Manager to support daily operations, drive member engagement, and achieve sales goals in a high-energy studio setting. You will partner with the Studio Manager and team to deliver exceptional service and ensure a welcoming environment for members and guests.

The role requires strong customer service, communication, and leadership skills, with flexibility to work weekends. This is a full-time position based in the Carmel, Indiana studio.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in customer service, sales, or hospitality preferred.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver welcoming, high-energy experience for all members and guests.
• Perform studio tours, present membership options, and communicate programs clearly.
• Achieve sales goals through outreach, follow-ups, and lead generation activities.
• Build relationships within the local community to drive growth.
• Support onboarding and training of Sales Associates and reinforce sales process.
• Maintain accurate member records in company systems with integrity and attention to detail.
• Process sales transactions accurately, including cash and card payments.
• Respond promptly to member inquiries and escalate issues when needed.
• Partner with team to ensure a seamless member experience across touchpoints.
• Support marketing initiatives and community events to increase engagement.
• Keep the studio environment clean, organized, and presentable.
• Attend team meetings and trainings for ongoing performance development.
