Studs is a category-defining ear piercing and earring brand delivering a safe, stylish experience. The Assistant Studio Manager will partner with the Studio Manager to lead day-to-day studio operations and ensure a consistently exceptional customer experience.

This full-time role requires 1+ year of retail leadership, flexible availability including weekends, and strong coaching skills to grow a high-performing team in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of retail management and customer-facing leadership.
• Flexible schedule: five days per week (38–40 hours), including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Weekend availability (Fri–Sun) required.
• Full-time role prioritizes Studs as primary employment.
• Stand for 8+ hours; lift up to 20 lbs.
• Comfortable handling chemicals; follow health and safety protocols.
• Strong judgment, proactive mindset, ownership and follow-through.
• Thrives in a feedback-rich, collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day Studio operations in the Studio Manager’s absence.
• Manage inventory, supply ordering, and operational tasks with attention to detail.
• Track daily performance and support sales strategies to hit targets.
• Partner with Studio Manager to identify trends in key metrics and keep goals on track.
• Uphold safety protocols and piercing regulations; escalate issues as needed.
• Provide coaching and feedback to support team performance and development.
