Job summary

Studs is seeking a Studio Manager in Paramus, NJ to lead the Studio team, drive revenue, and ensure a best-in-class customer experience. This hands-on leader will manage both retail and piercing operations, set performance expectations, coach staff, and foster a culture of safety and excellence.

You will oversee scheduling, staffing, and compliance, while partnering with Piercing Leadership on standards and training.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of management experience in a customer-facing environment.
• Experience leading a team of 7+ employees.
• Must work on-site five days per week (40 hours) with evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Weekend availability is required.
• Able to stand for extended periods and lift at least 20 lbs.
• Experience in jewelry/piercing retail is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all Studio operations and drive revenue growth and a best-in-class customer experience.
• Lead scheduling, staffing, and payroll accuracy with regular audits.
• Coach and develop a high-performing team across multiple roles.
• Maintain compliance with piercing procedures, safety protocols, and inventory controls.
• Collaborate with Piercing Leadership to uphold technical standards and best practices.
