Job summary

Studs is a category-defining ear piercing and earring brand based in Boston. The official title for this role is Studio Supervisor, a non-managerial frontline leadership position reporting to the Studio Manager.

As a Studio Supervisor, you will open and close the Studio, support floor leadership during peak periods, and ensure a consistent customer and brand experience, including safety and service standards, while wearing many hats in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in a keyholder or shift-lead role with independent operations.
• Available to work a flexible schedule up to 5 days per week (32+ hours), including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Weekend availability required.
• Full-Time employees must prioritize Studs.
• Professionalism, reliability and sound judgment in a customer-facing environment.
• Able to stand for extended periods (8+ hours) and lift/move at least 20 lbs.
• Comfortable handling chemicals and following safety protocols.
• Positive attitude and willingness to contribute to a collaborative team culture.

Responsibilities

• Opens and closes the Studio independently with proper procedures.
• Supports daily visual merchandising, restocks, and Studio upkeep.
• Acts as floor leader during shifts to balance sales and service goals.
• Upholds safety and brand standards, including piercing-related regulations.
