Job summary

Studs is seeking an Assistant Studio Manager to support daily operations at our McLean Studio. This hands-on leadership role partners with the Studio Manager to deliver an exceptional customer experience and drive revenue.

You'll coach team members, manage inventory, uphold safety standards, and help shape a positive, fast-paced work culture. The role is full-time, with a flexible schedule including weekends.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year in retail management or customer-facing leadership.
• Availability five days per week, including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule across 38–40 hours weekly.
• Ability to stand for long hours and lift up to 20 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily studio operations in the Studio Manager's absence.
• Oversee inventory, ordering, and tasks with precision.
• Drive revenue by executing sales strategies and tracking performance.
• Coach and develop team to uphold Studs' service standards.
• Maintain safety and regulatory compliance.
