Studs, Inc. is seeking a Studio Manager in Paramus, NJ to lead studio operations and a diverse team in delivering a best-in-class customer experience.

This hands-on leadership role oversees both retail and piercing operations, driving revenue growth and maintaining safety standards. You will coach a multi-role team, manage scheduling and staffing, and ensure a high-performance culture with a focus on operational excellence and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of management experience in a customer-facing environment.
• Proven success leading a team of 7+ employees, including specialized roles.
• On-site requirement: five days per week, 40 hours, with evenings/weekends/holidays.
• Weekend availability is required. Schedule flexibility may be needed.
• Comfortable standing for long periods and ability to lift at least 20 lbs.
• Strong operational and financial acumen with a results-driven mindset.

Responsibilities

• Own the Studio’s overall performance, drive revenue growth, and hit sales plans.
• Review business reporting to identify opportunities and adjust strategies.
• Delegate and oversee divisions within the management team; ensure execution.
• Manage scheduling and payroll accuracy through regular audits.
• Maintain high standards for health, safety, and inventory controls.
• Collaborate with Piercing Leadership to uphold technical standards and training.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and educate customers on Studs experience.
• Lead a service-driven team, coaching and providing ongoing feedback.
