Job summary

Studs is seeking a hands-on Studio Manager in Paramus, NJ to lead a high-performing team and deliver a best-in-class customer experience. You will own studio performance, drive revenue, manage scheduling, and ensure safety and compliance across piercing and retail operations.

You will coach staff, foster a collaborative environment, and uphold high standards, guiding the team through busy periods while prioritizing guest satisfaction and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of management experience in a customer-facing environment.
• Experience leading a team of 7+ employees.
• On-site work five days per week (40 hours) with evenings/weekends.
• Strong operational, financial, and safety compliance knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all Studio operations, drive revenue growth and achieve sales plans.
• Schedule staff, monitor payroll accuracy, and ensure compliance with health protocols.
• Lead Piercers and retail team, uphold technical standards and best practices.
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences and manage performance feedback.
