Job summary

Studs in Charleston, SC is seeking an Assistant Studio Manager to support day-to-day studio operations in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment. You’ll lead by example, ensuring a consistently exceptional experience for every guest and stepping in for the Studio Manager as needed.

You will partner with the Studio Manager to drive revenue, coach team members, uphold safety and piercing standards, and nurture Studs’ culture of accountability, inclusion and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of retail management and customer-facing leadership.
• Flexible schedule: five days per week (38–40 hours), including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Weekend availability is required.
• Full-time role prioritized for Studs as primary employment.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day Studio operations in the Studio Manager's absence.
• Manage inventory, ordering, and operational tasks with attention to detail.
• Support revenue goals by executing sales strategies.
• Coach team members and uphold Studs' values and culture.
