Job summary

Studs, Inc. is seeking a Studio Manager in Boston (Seaport) to lead the Studio team and oversee both retail and piercing operations. You will drive revenue growth, manage scheduling and staffing, and ensure a best-in-class customer experience.

You will coach a high-performing team, maintain health and safety standards, and collaborate with Piercing Leadership to uphold technical best practices. This hands-on leadership role demands a strong ownership mindset and organizational excellence.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of management experience in a customer-facing environment.
• Proven success leading a team of 7+ employees.
• Must work on-site five days per week (40 hours) with open availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Weekend availability is required (Fri–Sun).
• Ability to stand for 8+ hours and lift/move at least 20 lbs.
• Follow health and safety protocols and maintain operational standards.

Responsibilities

• Owns the Studio’s overall performance, driving revenue growth and achieving sales plans.
• Reviews business reporting to identify opportunities and adjust strategies.
• Oversees scheduling within labor allocations and payroll accuracy.
• Maintains compliance with piercing procedures and safety standards.
• Leads a service-driven team and coaches performance.
