Job summary

Studs is seeking a Studio Manager to lead the Chicago Studio, drive revenue growth, and ensure an exceptional Studs customer experience. You will manage both retail and piercing operations, coach a high-performing team, and maintain compliance and safety standards in a dynamic, people-focused environment.

You will oversee scheduling, staffing, and performance, empowering your team to deliver results and uphold Studs’ service standards across all Studio activities.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of management experience in a customer-facing environment.
• Proven success leading a team of 7+ employees.
• Must work on-site five days per week (40 hours) with evenings/weekends.

Responsibilities

• Own Studio performance, drive revenue growth and achieve sales plans.
• Review business reports to identify opportunities and adjust strategies.
• Delegate responsibilities within the management team and ensure execution.
• Schedule labor and ensure payroll accuracy through audits.
• Maintain high operational standards and health & safety compliance.
• Partner with Piercing Leadership to uphold technical standards.
