Beem - Nashville Green Hills is seeking an Assistant Manager to partner with the Studio Manager in daily operations, staff training, and member-growth initiatives. You will help lead a high-energy team, support acquisition programs, and execute lead nurture activities for growth in membership and revenue.

As a full-time, hourly role, you will oversee guest experiences, ensure a top-notch service standard, and help maintain a welcoming studio environment.

Mansioni

• Support Studio Manager to meet membership targets and performance metrics.
• Sell packages and memberships while promoting infrared sauna, chromotherapy, and red light therapy.
• Generate leads via grassroots marketing, community outreach, and studio events.
• Manage inbound/outbound communications (phone, SMS, email, social media) to ensure strong customer service.
• Drive in-studio revenue through presentations, follow-ups, upselling, and corporate sales; manage lead tasks.
• Enhance member retention via events and communication; ensure front desk systems for check-in and registrations.
• Maintain clean facility and equipment; oversee sanitation and turnover between appointments.
