Job summary

BODYROK Nashville is seeking a Studio Manager to be the in-studio leader, delivering an exceptional experience for clients and team members every day. You are the operational heartbeat of the home studio, ensuring cleanliness, hospitality, and standards are consistently met.

This hands-on leadership role thrives in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on problem solving, relationship-building, and mentorship of Studio Advisors.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in fitness, hospitality, retail, or operations leadership.
• Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Proven ability to support sales goals and deliver outstanding customer service.
• Self-starter with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Experience with MindBody or similar scheduling software preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily studio operations to ensure an exceptional client experience.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming studio environment.
• Manage inventory, place supply orders, and maintain retail displays.
• Coordinate vendor relationships for cleaning, HVAC, and equipment.
• Maintain studio email, scheduling, client accounts, and reporting.
• Lead by example in sales conversations and client service during Advisor shifts.
• Identify opportunities to improve membership conversion and retention.
• Support onboarding and training for Studio Advisors.
• Deliver an hospitality-focused client experience and resolve concerns.
• Partner with Area Operations Manager on staff development and studio initiatives.
