Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Degree in a related field preferred.
• Current AED/First Aid/CPR certification.
• 1+ years in a supervisory role.
• 2+ years in a sales or customer service environment, with relationship-based selling.

Responsibilities

• Drive membership growth through relationship-based sales and tours.
• Enroll guests using company sales techniques and promote options.
• Schedule appointments and follow up on leads and opportunities.
• Promote marketing campaigns and monitor KPI-driven results.
• Coach and mentor sales staff to improve performance.
• Maintain a clean, safe studio environment and hygiene protocols.
