Job summary

BODYROK in Nashville seeks a Studio Advisor to drive member engagement and sales. You will check in members and guests, assist inquiries, promote memberships and packages, and maintain a welcoming studio environment.

You’ll handle billing questions, process referrals, and contribute to a high-energy customer service culture. The role offers base pay with unlimited commissions, a fast-paced studio setting, and opportunities to grow with a rapidly expanding brand.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Competitive drive to succeed in commission sales and performance-based culture.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Knowledge of sales practices and techniques.
• Independent, self-starter with strong organizational skills.
• Basic computer skills.
• Strong communication skills both oral and written.
• Organized and detail-oriented.
• Friendly, warm, compassionate, and welcoming personality.
• Easy to talk to and comfortable around new people.
• Must be available to work either a weekly Saturday or a Sunday shift.

Responsibilities

• Member and Guest Check-in Compliance: greet and assist members and guests; ensure check-in procedures.
• Sales: promote promotions, reach out to members and inquiries, and achieve personal sales targets.
• Customer Service & Operations: tour potential members, handle billing questions, maintain logs, promote merch and keep front desk tidy.
• Provide excellent customer service and follow up with enrolled members.
