Job summary

BODYROK Mt Juliet is seeking a Studio Manager to lead daily in-studio operations, deliver exceptional client experiences, and drive membership growth. You will mentor Studio Advisors, uphold BODYROK standards, and partner with leadership to execute initiatives in a fast-paced environment.

The role focuses on hospitality, sales excellence, and operational discipline as the Mt Juliet studio launches and builds its culture from day one.

Qualifications

1–3 years of experience in fitness, hospitality, retail, or operations leadership.
Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
Proven ability to support sales goals and deliver outstanding customer service.
Self-starter with ownership and accountability.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Experience with MindBody or similar scheduling software preferred.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily studio operations to ensure exceptional client experience and BODYROK standards.
Drive membership growth through sales outreach and relationship building.
Support onboarding and in-studio training for Studio Advisors.
Deliver welcoming, hospitality-focused client experiences and resolve concerns.
Collaborate with Area Operations Manager on priorities and initiatives.
