Qualifications

• 3–5 years of management experience in spa, salon, or fitness facility.
• 3–5 years in sales and customer service.
• Strong leadership and coaching abilities.
• Excellent customer service orientation.
• Experience with MindBody or similar CRM/POS is a plus.
• Clear communication and organization under non-traditional schedules.

Responsibilities

• Lead studio staff to achieve membership sales goals and client experience targets.
• Train and coach team to deliver high-level guest experiences.
• Maintain brand standards and studio operations.
• Resolve client issues promptly and professionally.
• Develop local partnerships to raise studio awareness.
• Oversee purchasing, receiving, and inventory at studio level.
