FirstCash Holdings, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to lead and coach a diverse team across jewelry, electronics, and tools. You will partner with the Store Manager to deliver exceptional customer service, drive store performance, and maintain strong merchandising standards.

You’ll develop staff, handle daily operations, assist with hiring, and ensure accurate cash handling and safety procedures while delivering profitable results in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• 18+ years old with a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and customer service skills.
• Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Flexible retail schedule, including weekends and holidays.
• Comfortable with a wide range of merchandise; firearms in FFL locations (certification provided).
• Bilingual applicants encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Support daily store operations and act as Manager on Duty when needed.
