Responsibilities

• Support daily store operations and act as Manager on Duty as needed.

• Drive store sales, profitability, and performance goals.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and asset protection policies.
• Open/close store and manage cash handling.
• Monitor transactions for compliance and accuracy.
• Maintain merchandising and store presentation.
• Analyze performance metrics to support business objectives.
