You will partner with the Store Manager to oversee daily operations, develop employees, deliver outstanding customer service, and help grow profitability across diverse merchandise including jewelry, electronics, and tools. The role emphasizes coaching and mentoring staff, maintaining inventory accuracy, and ensuring compliant cash handling and merchandising standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
• Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Ability to stand, walk, lift up to 50 lbs, and perform physical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Support daily store operations and act as Manager on Duty when needed.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve concerns.
• Coach, train, and develop team members to meet standards.
• Assist with recruiting, hiring, and retaining top talent.
• Drive store sales, profitability, and performance goals.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and support asset protection initiatives.
• Open and close the store, including cash handling.
