Job summary

FirstCash, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to lead daily store operations and drive customer satisfaction. You will work with the Store Manager to supervise staff, recruit talent, and achieve financial goals in a fast-paced retail environment.

The role offers hourly pay plus commission based on productivity and a store performance bonus. Employees receive comprehensive benefits, Earned Wage Access, and paid vacation after tenure.

Qualifications

• Minimum six months of management/3rd key experience.
• Must be able to work a flexible retail schedule including weekends/holidays.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
• Experience with firearms certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop store staff to meet financial goals.
• Open/close store, count cash, protect assets.
• Monitor loan qualifications and product purchases for value.
• Train Pawnbrokers and maintain customer satisfaction.
• Recruit top talent and manage customer relations.
• Ensure store standards and profitability through reporting.
