Job summary

FirstCash Holdings, Inc. is seeking an experienced Assistant Store Manager to help lead our team. You will support the Store Manager, coach associates, deliver outstanding customer service, and help drive profitability across a diverse product mix including jewelry, electronics, tools, and more.

You will gain hands-on leadership experience, manage daily store operations, assist with recruiting, and ensure store presentation, inventory accuracy, and compliance with procedures.

Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years old with a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
• Previous leadership, supervisory, or management experience preferred.
• Strong leadership, coaching, team development, and customer service skills.
• Ability to stand, walk, lift up to 50 lbs, and perform physical tasks.
• Flexible retail schedule, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Support daily store operations and serve as Manager on Duty when needed.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve customer concerns.
• Coach, train, and develop team members to meet company standards.
• Assist with recruiting, hiring, and retaining top talent.
• Help drive store sales, profitability, and performance goals.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and support asset protection initiatives.
• Open and close the store, including cash handling and operational procedures.
• Monitor loan and buying transactions to ensure compliance and accuracy.
• Maintain attractive merchandising and store presentation standards.
