Job summary

FirstCash Holdings, Inc. is seeking an experienced Assistant Store Manager to help lead our Anchorage store.

You will coach teammates, drive store performance, and build strong customer relationships while developing your leadership skills. As Assistant Store Manager, you’ll partner with the Store Manager to support daily operations, improve profitability, and ensure excellent service across a wide mix of merchandise including jewelry, electronics, tools, and more.

Qualifications

• Requires 18+ with HS diploma or GED.
• Experience in leadership roles preferred.
• Strong customer service and coaching skills.

Responsibilities

• Support daily store operations and act as Manager on Duty when needed.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve concerns.
• Coach, train, and develop team members to meet company standards.
• Assist with recruiting, hiring, and retaining top talent.
• Help drive store sales, profitability, and performance goals.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and asset protection initiatives.
